URS construction service is seeking an experienced Program Manager to direct the development of new business initiatives and provide direction for the implementation of marketing and business strategies for our Water/Waste Water Division. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing a consultant team a team of 15-25 individuals for up to 5 years and a budget of approximately $40 million. <br/><br/><b>Job Description:</b><br/>  Provide Construction management, including budget analysis and management, scope, schedule, project tracking, forecasting, , client communications,
Maintain project reports, including budgets and schedule, commitments and expenditures.
Review forecasts and establish cash flow and periodic reporting. The candidate must have experience in working with OSHPD and assisting in attaining plan check and permit approvals. The project involves management of construction of new bed tower, overseeing preparation of performance specifications and drawings for a Central Utility Plant), Utility Trench, relocation of Main Entrance driveway (design/build project s) and Construction Management of the design/build projects during construction.
Additional Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ensure that construction phase meets costs and schedules constraints.
Lead CM Team.
Provide oversight of CM Team work products.
. Manage staff responsible for solving construction issues, managing the construction and preparing required construction documentation, constructability reviews, review of bid documents for conformance with client standards; meetings with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors, including review of contracts and agreements, analysis of client preliminary costs, schedules and budgets, systems; procedures and processes.

Oversee development of estimates and budgets.
Interface with the Inspectors Of Record (IOR) and the Special inspectors.
