The candidate must be able to develop a detailed schedule for completion of improvements at each location and provide progress updates to be integrated into a master schedule for the full grade crossing improvement program systemwide. Monitoring of the scope and budget for each grade crossing location will be performed with updates as required to keep the work within the budget allowances for the projects.
