Qualifications:
?Min BS Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. ?Minimum 5 years working in the construction industry. ?Min 2 years working as an Assistant Project Manager. ?Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Suretrak, and P3 and/or P6 software. Must have working knowledge of Constructware, Prolog, or similar Project Management software ?Must have experience processing RFIs, submittals, pay applications, drawings, specifications, ?Must have experience in producing and/or reviewing inspection reports, monthly reports, construction schedules, punch lists, O&M manuals, ?Must have experience managing project budgets. ?Must have good time management skills. good oral and written communication skills, good analytical and interpersonal skills, solid decision making, planning, and organizational skills. ?Valid driver's license. ?Must obtain negative result on drug screening performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
