2. Prioritizing a schedule of tasks to complete the Work;
3. Managing the project team of architects and engineers and coordinating the multi-discipline tasks required to update the documents;
4. Working with client representatives to ensure understanding of, and compliance with, requirements, goals and schedules for updating the documents;
5. Track and organize changes to the database as additional documents are added;
6. Documenting the progress of the Work in regular reports to US Government and Columbia office management.
Candidate must meet the following criteria:
1. 8+ Years Design and CAD Drafting experience; 2. Proficient in MicroStation;
3. Experience and ability to conduct Field Surveys and quickly complete survey accurately and thoroughly. Surveys range from a few hours to multiple days in OCONUS locations;
4. Experience and ability to manage both large and small projects including programming, staffing, executing to project closeout;
5. Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities of fast-track projects;
6. Knowledge and understanding of the construction process;
7. Experience and ability to write concise and unambiguous specifications;
8. Experience and ability to write concise and unambiguous project reports, survey reports and technical narratives;
9. Experience and ability with material take-offs and cost estimating, including experience with estimating programs;
10. Experience and ability with construction scheduling;
11. Experience and ability to estimate time required to complete a task and project;
12. Experience and ability to work as a member of a project team with other disciplines;
13. Willingness to assist in tasks outside of discipline or outside of job description;
14. Experience and ability to meet with clients, users and other interested parties involved in projects;
15. Strong document organization skills and an understanding of the production process for construction documents;
16. Proficient with MS Word and Excel;
17. Ability to travel for up to a two (2) week period for domestic and international projects approximately four (4) times per year.

Job location is in Columbia, with time required at the client facility in Annapolis Junction, MD. Do not apply without the possession of a TSSCI security clearance. The Columbia office provides architectural and engineering design, design-build and construction services for Federal clients in the Washington area and throughout the world.
