Minimum Requirements :
Engineering or Science BS. Must be proficient at use of standard software packages including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be adept at air permitting strategy and managing complex air permit applications including PSD, NNSR, Flex, Standard, and Title V permits. Requires in-depth knowledge of Texas permit by rule authorizations, Chapter 115 and 117 requirements, and emission inventory development. Requires eight years experience completing and leading air quality compliance projects in the state of Texas. This is a "hands-on" position, requiring solid technical skills, project management, and business development expertise. Refined air dispersion modeling (ISCST3, AERMOD, and/or CALPUFF) experience, air quality and multi-media audit experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
