Minimum Requirements :
B.S Degree in Civil Engineering (or significant related rail experience) and strong verbal and written communication skills. Also required are a working knowledge of surveying, CADD (Microstation), and Microsoft Office and familiarity with AREMA engineering standards. A background in the railroad industry construction techniques is a prerequisite along with heavy rail operational experience. Fast paced multi-project management experience is needed along with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team.

Job Description :
Manage freight railroad-related projects including coordination of field techs/inspectors; direct staff involved in track design and the preparation of track plans; establish and track budgets for railroad projects; communicate with and market railroad clients. ::
