Job Description :
The Senior Pipeline Project Manager acts as the key point of contact for the external client. Will interface directly with the client to identify and define project scopes of work, develop formal proposals and statements of qualifications detailing services, costs and schedules. Responsibilities also include: - Manage multiple large diameter cross-country liquid or gas pipeline expansion projects. - Prepare regulatory filings. - Manage pipeline permitting, environmental clearances, and ROW acquisition. - Develop and maintain effective construction controls and schedules. - Lead pipeline engineering design ::
