Minimum Requirements :
Masters Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering Has or is planning to obtain registration as a professional engineer within one year of employment. Project Management Professional Certification. Minimum fifteen years of progressive experience in the field of mechanical engineering, project engineering and project management. Specific skills in the design of material handling systems and process vessels. Previous experience in managing workshare programs with support firms in India. Proven ability to lead teams in accomplishing technical and project goals. Must be a good communicator and have good interpersonal skills. Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products. Experience in preparation of conceptual and detailed designs of mechanical systems including writing specifications and reports.

Job Description :
This position will have full technical and project responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops segments of engineering projects with unique or controversial problems that have an important effect on major organization programs, which involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation, and development of novel concepts and approaches. Maintains liaison with individuals and units within or outside his/her organization, with responsibility for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to field of expertise. Keeps abreast of new methods and developments affecting his/her organization for the purpose of recommending changes in emphasis of programs or new programs warranted by such developments. ::
