Minimum Requirements :
Bachelors degree in environmental planning, or related field, with minimum 5+ years experience in environmental impact assessment (CEQA/NEPA) and permitting, including some task and/or project management. Must have experience in the preparation of EA/EIR/EIS documents, and a strong background in CEQA/NEPA technical application processes. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are required. Applicants should be self-motivated, with the ability to assist with project management related activities (e.g., budget and schedule tracking) to effectively and efficiently implement projects. Knowledgeable of applicable state, local, and federal codes and regulations required. Project experience may include Transportation/Transit Planning & Corridor Studies, Power Plant Permitting, Air and Noise Permitting, Endangered Species, Water Resources, Coastal Zoning, Land Use Development Projects, or similar Infrastructure related projects. Must have strong writing skills and be proficient with MS Office programs.

Job Description :
Manage/assist in managing multi-disciplinary environmental impact assessment projects for large-scale infrastructure projects. Including EIR/EA/EIS document preparation, technical lead role, client/agency interaction, and oversight of associated technical studies. Lead team member on projects in a technical role and contribute to the effective execution and completion of projects. Also, responsible for tracking project budgets and schedules, data analysis, agency and client coordination, and supervising/mentoring junior staff. Additionally, it is expected position will support business development in the environmental practice area through, at a minimum, participation in proposal development and presentation. ::
