Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science. Minimum 8 years experience in industry or consulting working with environmental regulatory compliance. Requires working knowledge of Access, Oracle, Visual Basic, SQL. Must have in depth knowledge of regulatory compliance issues for private sector clients. Must be able to communicate and work effectively in team situations. Must be able to represent themselves and URS well in front of clients, potential clients, and other outside personnel. Requires ability to communicate facts both verbally and in written form to staff and clients with varying backgrounds. Must have a strong desire to grow the existing EIMS Team in the Austin office. Position could require travel both within and outside of the US, but the home base for the work will be in the Austin, Texas office.

Job Description :
Position will provide project management and business development for the EIMS Team. Will work with other offices, including Houston, Dallas, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Morrisville, NC and Gaithersburg, MD. Will work with industrial clients in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, and Manufacturing sectors. Will work with other Senior Project Managers to understand the needs of existing clients and develop relationships with new clients. Will provide strong support to current projects and develop new business opportunities that allow junior/mid-level staff to grow and develop into technical/project management roles. Will Make professional presentations and work with professional teams made up of Engineers, Regulatory Experts, Environmental Scientists, Database administrators, and administrative support. Project team sizes range from 6 - 50 staff members.
