Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma with eight years experience in Roadway and Bridge CADD design including two years experience with Microstation V8. Must be proficient in Microstation V7 & V8, Microstation Descartes, Geopak V8, Microsoft office, Axiom Tool kit, a basic understanding of Autocad and Roadway Design plans. Must work well as a team member and be able to lead junior Civil Engineering Technicians teaching them advanced skills.

Job Description :
This position will interact closely with design engineers and coordinating CADD tasks with junior level technicians. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring CADD progress in making submittal deadlines and coordinating all aspects of the Project tasks with office Design Engineers. Design tasks will include Bridge Layouts, Abutment details, Slab details, Framing and Foundation layouts. The qualified candidate will work on small to large bridge projects mainly along with roadway, drainage, traffic control, pavement markings, signage and light rail type projects. This position will work with the Structural, Roadway groups, other CADD technicians, Structural and Roadway Engineers, and other office support staff. This position reports to CADD Manager and Engineering Unit Leader.
