This position requires the ability to collaborate, interact, and manage a diverse professional group. The successful candidate must have demonstrated budget management and control history. The position requires collaborative goal formulation and achievement. The Environmental Division Manager will have the primary responsibility for profit and loss on divisional projects.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a diverse group of environmental professionals including environmental planners, biologists, archaeologists, and energy resource specialists to achieve quality, sales, revenue, and profitability goals. The individual is expected to practice leadership, coaching, mentorship, business development, P&L responsibility, group and revenue growth. The position will also require Senior Project Management on specific projects. The Environmental Division Leader reports to the Subregional Manager. A key responsibility will be close operational management and control (quality and budget) of divisional members' work products to clients. ::
