Job Description :
Seeking an experienced environmental scientist - due diligence specialist. This person will be responsible for leading the current practice, organizing resources, and developing new business. This person will be involved in all aspects of environmental due diligence including Phase I ESAs and property transactions. Will be responsible for compliance auditing, including regulatory compliance, stormwater, storage tanks, spill prevention, wastewater discharge, soil and groundwater investigations, and hazardous materials waste storage and disposal. This person will apply knowledge of ASTM and AAI protocols and standards to his or her work. This person will be active in organizations and groups involved in such work, and will develop a business plan for expanding the current services and clients. ::
