Minimum Requirements :
- B.S. Degree in Engineering. - Minimum 20 years of Project Management experience on industrial design projects with a minimum of 10 years working for a Consulting A/E company in a Project Management role. - Must have Professional Engineering Registration - Must have broad technical knowledge and extensive experience in execution and management of multi-discipline detailed engineering design projects, construction, EPC Projects and contract negotiations. - Must have proven leadership ability, communication skills, interpersonal skills, sound judgment and previous Lead Engineering experience. - Must be able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients.

Job Description :
URS Representative communicating directly with client. Responsibilities include: - Leads URS Project Team in the execution of the project. - Provides oversight to Engineering Manager/Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Representatives, and Procurement Representatives assigned to Project. - Provides overall Project/Program coordination. - Ensures client expectations and contract obligations are met. - Ensures profitability of Project/Program. - Provides Business Development support as needed. - Follows URS Project Management, Quality Assurance and Accounting procedures. - Other duties include: proposal development, contract negotiations, project setup, planning/scheduling. ::
