Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Must be a licensed PE in the state of Texas with 4 years of Project Management experience. Must have experience in the following software programs - HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, WSPRO, Storm CAD, Microstation. Must have good communication skills.

Job Description :
The qualified applicant will have: ? Knowledge of civil engineering, hydraulics and hydrology to deliver design packages and technical work on assigned projects successfully and provide the required support to project team; ? Skills to work within a multi-disciplinary team comprising hydraulics, hydrology, geotechnical, and civil engineers; and ? Skills to assist with preparation of design tenders and proposals and participate in workgroup technical activities.
