B.S. Civil Engineering and 8 years of experience. Professional Engineer, Washington and Idaho required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office/Projects, ACAD. Candidate must have project management and design engineering experience in North Idaho and Eastern Washington - municipal, site and utility design.

Job Description :
This position will be initially supporting a local two-year engineering project and assisting with management and design of civil engineering, site, stormwater, and road projects. Marketing services to new and existing clients. Candidate will manage complete civil design projects, develop inter-office resource teams, cross-sell URS services. and will be involved in Airport civil site and utility design and project management, road/highway design, construction assistance. The Project Civil Engineer will be a part of the Airport and Civil Environmental Engineering departments. This position will report to the Senior Engineer and will supervise junior engineers and technical staff. Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable in meetings with potential new or existing clients; able to review reports for both technical and grammatical content and prepare full deliverable packages with limited support. This is a growth position. Ideally the candidate will help develop the civil design practice at URS-Spokane and assist with expansion into Idaho.
