Minimum Requirements :
BS Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. 10 years experience as a Project Controls Specialist on agency PM team. Management of cost, schedule and preparation of reports for building projects. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in utilizing Prolog, Expedition, Excel, and Microsoft Project. Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy. Must have a valid driver's license.

Job Description :
Candidate will perform duties such as (but not limited to): * Management budget and accounting issues (controls experience is preferred) * Estimating coordination * Scheduling coordination * Project accounting oversight and interface * Invoice processing oversight * Assure prompt payment to client vendors and consultants * Document control oversight * Management of the Prolog system * RFI tracking * Change Management coordination (Change Request and Change Order tracking) * Submittals coordination * Shop drawings coordination * Assist with bid packaging and preparation and execution * Assist with creation of reports to update the client * Assist with project closeout activities ::
