Minimum Requirements :
Requires a B.A. or B.S. degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science. At least 3 years experience in environmental consulting and some experience managing budgets and clients. The applicant must be able to read and write proficiently in English and have broad computer skills. Ability to use WORD, EXCEL, and drawing programs is required. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive and travel at a minimum within California. The applicant must be current with HAZWOPER and be able to meet the physical requirements of the Federal OSHA HAZWOPER requirements.

Job Description :
The applicant must be able to work independently and with project teams. Must be willing to assist with and conduct real estate related environmental due diligence. This will involve conducting site visits, agency file reviews, client interactions, budget management, and report preparation to the ASTM E 1527-05 standard and the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) of 40 CFR Part 312. Other position responsibilities may include soil and groundwater sampling, assistance to project managers, budget responsibility, and proposal preparation. The position requires constant client contact and ability to manage personal time and project budgets closely.
