Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management required. Years of experience for type of projects managed can offset degree requirement. Minimum 20 years experience in CM/PM Program Management. Must have a PE, AIA or CMM License. Candidate should have been intimately involved with the PM/CM and A/E industry for at least 20 yrs at a Sr. level. They should have excellent written and presentation skills. Should be able to brief and work with elected officials, technical leads from the PM/CM and A/E firms as well as manage internal and external operations with public agencies. Must be able to interface with Clients, Communities, Community members and Board of Trustees. Proven leadership in program management and construction management. Track record in managing project teams (10 persons and up) or leading facility construction for private or public organizations. Must obtain a negative result on required drug screening. Must have a valid Driver's License.
