Minimum Requirements :
High School graduate or equivalent must have completed military or vocational technical school curriculum. AA degree preferred. Successful candidates must pass a basic electronics/RF screening test prior to being considered for employment. Employment category will be based on experience and qualifications. Minimum of five years professional experience required (eight years desired), with experience in aircraft avionics installation, inspection, maintenance and repair preferred. Must have knowledge of basic electronics. Upon hiring, the company will provide a 5-week class on UAV Predator maintenance conducted in Gray Butte, CA and/or Indian Springs/Creech AFB, NV. Students must achieve a passing grade in all courses for continued employment. Upon successful completion of training, the employee will report to Indian Springs/Creech AFB, NV for duty. Current, active security clearance of SECRET or higher preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to qualify for an Interim SECRET clearance before starting work. FCC radio telephone license preferred. Must pass a company-administered Electronics Qualification Exam. Must be a US Citizen.

Job Description :
Supports Predator UAV maintenance at Indian Springs/Creech AFB, NV. Inspects, performs organizational, intermediate, and depot level electronic maintenance and modifications on Predator UAV and support equipment. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Uses common test instruments such as digital multi-meters, sign generators, semiconductor testers, and oscilloscopes. Maintains, repairs, and installs various types of electronic equipment and related devices such as electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, micro and mainframe computers, and industrial measuring, controlling and calibration devices. Applies technical knowledge of electronic principles in determining malfunctions and applies skill in restoring equipment operations. Provides technical guidance to lower level technicians as required. Employment category at time of hire will be based on candidate's experience and qualifications. ::
