Minimum Requirements :
BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Texas Professional Engineer, and a minimum of 5 years experience in the planning, design and execution of transportation and drainage related projects or similar/related infrastructure project experience. Position requires the candidate to have strong technical knowledge and experience in execution and management of complex projects. Mircrostation and Geopak experience required.

Job Description :
This position will be a key member of the URS Houston Transportation Group, and will be engaged with business line management to support/ participate in National/ International pursuits and projects. Provide technical leadership in the execution of the Project. Particiaptes in the selection of design teams and subconcultants and in the negotiations of fees and subcontractors. Coordinates and participate in the technical and administrative activities with those of other disciplines and other departments in the company participating in a project. Prepare bids/proposals for potential projects. ::
