Minimum Requirements :
We are looking for an talented Graphic Designer to play a key role on our creative marketing / proposal team onsite at our 400-employee engineering office in Baton Rouge, LA. This position will be an integral part of a small, colloraborative team, providing clean designs from concept to completion. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements: - Associate's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Art, or equivalent years of experience; - 3 years experience in Graphic Design; - Skills in creating and producing professional figures and drawings appropriate for print or presentation; - Ability to produce corporate marketing materials from concept and design to final production, including prepress document preparation for outside printing; - Ability to show a portfolio of Graphic Design for corporate clients, showing both technical mastery and a corporate creative aesthetic; - Proficiency in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash) as well as Quark or other similar tools; and proficiency in MS Office products; - Ability to execute graphic production work when needed; - Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while managing competing deadlines; - Ability to work seamlessly in a creative and corporate environment; - Energetic personality with the ability and willingness to work collaboratively with clients, account leads, and other creative team members.

Job Description :
The primary responsibilities for this position will be to provide in-house corporate graphic design support including drawings, report and proposal layout, brochure design, report graphics and production You will have the opportunity to be responsible for: - Concept and design graphic and layout for proposals, technical reports, marketing brochures, and other graphic design projects under direction from the Marketing Department; - Create versioned/original high resolution, media-ready files; - Manipulate images, including file conversions, set color correction levels/curves, create masks/paths, and sizing and formatting for diverse end usage. ::
