Perform basic engineering design and analysis to various project teams for transportation, water resources, infrastructure, or environmental projects. Work in the engineering unit to support project managers with various activities including: design analysis and calculations, report production, design drawing production, technical specifications production and review, cost estimation, field investigations, construction oversight, and CADD interface. Prepare roadway and/or rail design drawings including geometric layouts, profiles, cross sections, drainage, grading, and utilities using Microstation and Geopak software.
