Minimum Requirements :
Associate degree or completion of equivalent technical trade school courses necessary, or equivalent experience, to obtain advanced knowledge of drafting techniques and training in computer aided drafting (CAD). A proficient Structural Designer with the ability to independently check site development, grading and drainage, reinforced concrete, and structural steel engineering drawings. Skilled in the use of 3D AutoCAD systems for the design of civil/structural projects, knowledgeable in Bentley, PDS, and PDMS design tools. . Minimum of 10 years supervision experience. . Minimum of 10 years petroleum/petrochemical and/or power industry experience

Job Description :
Provide direct, working, and general supervision to designers . Work with the Lead Engineer to effectively setup a multi-area project organization . Supervise and provide guidance/assistance to all project designers . Interface with project and client personnel . Effectively conduct meetings . Demonstrate strong leadership skills . Motivate designers to obtain maximum productivity . Maintain a cooperative, efficient, and good working environment . Provide guidance and mentorship to Lead Designers . Evaluate Performance Appraisal and administer counseling . Provide direction and guidance on 2D and 3D CAD Design . Provide proposal and estimate support to department . Provide scheduling and manpower forecast support to department . Provide material quantity estimates and take-offs . Assist departments in the development of procedures and standards . Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards . Provide regular and accurate progress assessment and forecasts to complete . Assist in project and department audits . Travel, as required, to ensure the successful execution of project and/or department goals . Participate in department training programs/seminars and on-line training ::
