Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction, Mining, or Environmental Engineering or related Engineering field * 5+ Years Experience * HEC-1, HEC-RAS, HEC-6, AutoCAD, and Microstation * Experience in the fields of hydrology, hydraulics, floodplain management, drainage and flood control, storm drain system planning and design, water conservation, sediment transport analysis, erosion/sedimentation.

Job Description :
The GeoCivil group primarily services the mining business sector of the southwest U.S. Projects focus on environmental restoration/reclamation, stormwater/flood control, groundwater protection, and environmental permitting. Job Description: This position will support the GeoCivil group * Assist in design of stormwater and process solution management facilities including, pipeline, detention/retention pond, and open channel design. * Develop grading plans, calculating cut/fill volumes. * Perform and document calculations supporting the individual design elements. * Draft reports that present and explain the deliverable. * Manage subtasks with other team members. Skills Utilized/Developed: The candidate's skills in water management will be heavily relied upon at the outset of employment. The position will allow the candidate to fine tune the application of these skills on projects of various scales. The ability to transfer the water management design into a conceptual form using drafting skills would be a valuable asset. Applicants must demonstrate excellent writing, analytical, communication and organization skills. Successful applicant must also demonstrate ability to work as part of multidisciplinary groups and also independently with little supervision. Team Dynamic: Multi-disciplinary team of civil engineers, environmental engineers, and geologists all of which work together to develop operational permits for our clients.
