Minimum Requirements :
-BS Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering -Active PE and ability to be licensed in Louisiana within 6 months 15 yrs experience in water resources projects including but not limited to water, wastewater, sewage, treatement facilities and general civil/site work. Position will require the ability and willingness to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as to market professional services to clients. Required skills will also include: -ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff, -coordinate with clients, -assist in the development of and adherance to budget and schedules. -Ability to oversee and coordinate the preparation of contract drawings and specifications.

Job Description :
Act as an Assistant Department Manager to oversee activities of a busy water resources design group, working with existing clients, marketing new business, overseeing projects and personnel, building budgets and schedules, providing information to senior management for planning purposes. ::
