Minimum Requirements: This is a CONTINGENT position until pending contract award. Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or related field Minimum eight years recent and relevant experience in processed based quality systems, including ISO9001:2000, recent APS experience strongly preferred, Lean Six-Sigma, with strong emphasis on process measurement, root cause analysis, improvement and controls Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required; Black Belt preferred. Experience as lead auditor of quality management systems. Ability to develop strategy and translate into actionable plans and drive change through influence. Ability to establish operational metrics/key indicators for process control and on-going quality process improvements. Develop and implement a quality control and process improvement program. Be Registrar Accreditation Board certified/approved ISO training. Maintain all QA inspection records, certifications and data supporting First Pass Yield reports, self assessments and other data/reports required.

Job Description:
Performs complex analyses using generally accepted statistical techniques. Communicates well both verbally and in writing to all levels of employees. Possesses knowledge of MS Office applications for database and spreadsheet analysis and the development of effective presentations. Manages the ISO 9000:2000 quality system and registration/certification and implementation of Lean Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvement Programs. Oversees the training of program QC personnel ensuring they receive the annual training necessary o support all equipment associated with the contract. Manages a variety of mission assurance functions, including policy and procedure development, operational assessments, process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees plans to obtain site ISO certification within two years of contract award. Analyzes business processes using Lean and Six Sigma analytical techniques, develops process improvement plans, and monitors plan implementation to ensure desired improvements and efficiencies are achieved. Plans and conducts training in general management, program management, and ISO quality standards and other fields as necessary. Assists in standardizing procedures by developing policies and procedures. Develops compliance and internal audit checklists for managers to use in assessing program operations and to ensure standardized operations across groups and programs. Evaluates requirement for local unique variations to standard policies, procedures and processes. Assists managers in developing and implementing these variations, as required. Must be able to pass National Agency Check (NAC). Must be able to routinely pass drug screening. Must be able to communicate fully in English (oral and written) US Citizen Valid State issued driver's license Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance
